I'm Elizabeth Ida Ayu, born in Malang Indonesia on Thursday September, 28 in the year 1950. I live with my husband, in the Netherlands. We have 6 children. Two of my children a boy and a girl are living in Indonesia with 3 grandchildren. While my other two children are also a boy and a girl and two sons from my husband and my 2 grandchildren also living in the Netherlands. I was a gymnastic teacher and specialised in diets of fruits, vegetables and fasting (Medullaza).
