Joseph Removes People Throughout Egypt

“And Joseph bought all the land of Egypt for Pharaoh;…And as for the people, he removed them to cities from one end of the borders of Egypt even to the other end thereof.” Gen. 47, part of verses 20, 21. This is the Type, following is the Fulfillment of the Type: Acts 8:1, “And Saul was Consenting unto his [Stephen’s] Death. And at that time there was a Great Persecution against the Church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.” {SR1: 72.2}

It will be noticed that the apostles were at home (Jerusalem), and there is no record where the apostles sold their land. Now we quote the type of the latter: Gen. 47:22, “Only the land of the priests bought he not; for the priests had a portion assigned them of Pharaoh, and did eat their portion which Pharaoh gave them: Wherefore they sold not their lands.” It is Remarkable to note how this coincides to the smallest details. {SR1: 72.3} Thanks my LORD JESUS & Thanks Prophet E.G.White the 3^rd massage of 3^rd Angel Rev.14:9 & Prophet V.T.Houteff the 4^th massage of 4^th Angel Rev.18:1 !
