The lips of the Righteous know what is Acceptable (Thursday Mart 9, 2017)
Romans 1: 1 & 4 & 7 32 Who knowing the Judgment of GOD, that they which commit such things are worthy of Death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. (5)
Proverbs 10: 32 The lips of the Righteous know what is Acceptable: but the mouth of the Wicked speaketh Frowardness.(5)
2 & 5 & 8
Romans 1: 25 Who changed the truth of GOD into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed For ever. Amen. (7)
26 For this cause GOD gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Proverbs 10: 25 As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the Righteous is an Everlasting Foundation. (7)
26 As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him.
27 The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the Power of GOD unto Salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (7)
17 For therein is the Righteousness of GOD revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by Faith.
18 For the Wrath of GOD is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Proverbs 10: 16 The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin. (7)
17 He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth.
18 He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of GOD, called to be saints: Grace to you and Peace from GOD our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. (7)
8 First, I thank my GOD through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
9 For GOD is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of His Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
Proverbs 10: 7 The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot. (7)
8 The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.
9 He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: (4)
Proverbs 10: 31 The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out. (4)
1 & 4 & 7
Romans 1: 22 Professing themselves to be Wise, they became Fools, (4)
23 And changed the Glory of the uncorruptible GOD into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore GOD also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Proverbs 10: 22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. (4)
23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. (4)
14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
Proverbs 10: 13 In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding. (4)
14 Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction.
15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 4 And declared to be the SON of GOD with Power, according to the Spirit of Holiness, by the Resurrection from the Dead: (4)
5 By whom we have received Grace and Apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for His Name:
6 Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
Proverbs 10: 4 He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. (4)
5 He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.
6 Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
3 & 6 & 9
Romans 1: 28 And even as they did not like to retain GOD in their knowledge, GOD gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; (1)
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Proverbs 10: 28 The hope of the Righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish. (1)
29 The way of the LORD is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.
30 The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.
1 & 3 & 8
Romans 1: 19 Because that which may be known of GOD is manifest in them; for GOD hath shewed it unto them. (1)
20 For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His Eternal Power and GODhead; so that they are without Excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew GOD, they glorified Him not as GOD, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Proverbs 10: 19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. (1)
20 The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth.
21 The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom.
1 & 3 & 8
Romans 1: 10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of GOD to come unto you. (1)
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;
12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
Proverbs 10: 10 He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow: but a prating fool shall fall. (1)
11 The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.
1 & 3 & 8
Romans 1: 1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of GOD, (1)
2 (Which He had promised afore by His prophets in the Holy Scriptures,)
3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;
Proverbs 10: 1 The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother. (1)
2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death.
3 The LORD will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish: but He casteth away the substance of the wicked.
